Fight as Zack.
Beat the arcade mode using all Final Fantasy 7 characters. Also reported beat the game with Vincent.
Third Costume for Tifa.
To receive the third costume for Tifa, you must beat the game with Vincent.
Third Costume for Cloud.
To receive the third costume for Cloud, you must beat the game using Yuffie.
Get Evil Panel Mini Game.
Start a Battle Panel mini-game and defeat the computer 10 times in a row, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 while selecting the Battle Panel option at the main menu.

Taunts.
Hold the D-pad in any direction and press Select button in Ehrgeiz Fighting modes. Your character will perform a taunt. Each character has one to four taunts each character.
