Gran Turismo 2 Cheats.
Data Transfer.
You can transfer your old licenses from Gran Turismo by going to the start menu and usng the data tansfer option.
Get The Super License.
Earn licenses A, B, Intl. A, Intl. B, Intl. C and you will get the Super License Option on the License Test Menu.
Event Synthesizer Race.
If you pass the "Super License", a new race will open up in the Gran Turismo League called the "Event Synthesizer".
Gran Turismo 2 Cheats.
Motor Sports Land Track.
Obtain all of the licenses, including the Super License and the Motor Sports Land track will become available in time trial mode on the arcade disc.
Record times.
It is not possible to set record times on the simulation disc. The only way to set record times for a track is on the Arcade disc in time trial mode.
Faster Acceleration.
Press Up while accelerating.
Gran Turismo 2 Cheats.
Better Car Performance.
On any car that has full racing gears, go to change parts menu and select "Gear". Make sure "Auto Setup" is set to "Wide" for more top end speed.
Easier Turning.
When in a turn, hit the brakes until your hear your tires squeal. Then, turn with the D-pad.
View Opponent Replay.
Press Up or Down while watching your own replay pad to select the car that you wish to see the replay from.
Toyota Gt One. - From Bergen
Buy the Toyota´s special car GT-ONE then go to the toyota´s tuning and go to the turbo. Buy the Turbo and the car will have ,980hp, then enter the testing mode (where you can test the fastest speed of the car). Make the race and the car goes to the 430Km/h in the second strait. PS: The car should need a fix (lenghten slightly in Automatic or manual so you don't run out of road before the car has run out of gears) in the gears ratios, and you don´t have to brake in the because the car can do turns at 390km/h.
Hint Racing with Automatic Gears.
Practice the circuit for a few laps find out if the car is running out of gears before it gets to the end of the longest straight. If it does lengthen the gears (higher number) slightly and try again. If you find you are not getting 5th or 6th gear on the longest straight then shorten them until you get a better result. Some circuits don't have a very long straight to try it out on. Personally i set the cars up to the circuits, except the Suzuki Pikes Peak car which i have lengthened the gears all the way for maximum speed. Setting the cars up for each circuit can be a right pain i know but it is worth having a few practice laps to find out what the car handles like, and you get to know the tracks better.
